Our coach, Derek Mitchell, is a highly skilled personal trainer. His approach to fitness focuses on building muscle and strength while eliminating aches and pains. He works with athletes, rehab patients, fat loss clients, and the general public looking to stay fit. His goal is to create an atmosphere that encourages self exploration and growth, whether that’s physical or mental.

We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, which is why we personalize group sessions the best we can. If an exercise doesn’t work great for you, we will change it to one that does. Group sessions are an excellent way to socialize and grow, while personal training is for those who need more attention and would like 1 on 1 guidance outside of the gym.
